A new enzyme-linked aptamer adsorption assay (Dot-ELASA) based on aptamers and the Dot-ELISA principle has been established to detect residues of chloramphenicol (CAP) and kanamycin (KAN). This new assay is capable of detecting residues of CAP and KAN in milk rapidly and at concentrations as low as 10-7 g/L.
